What are essential vitamin supplements for women to take?

I have heard from dr.’s that a muti-vitamin is not necessary. I have heard to take a calcium supplement and a few other vitamins. I forgot what they were though! Can any smart people out there help me out with the essential daily vitamin supplements that women around 25 should take?

How long does it take for your body to show your fat loss?

I just recently upped my workout routine and was wondering when I would see the fat loss (assuming I am doing everthing correctly, diet, workout plan, etc) Is there some kind of delay on fat loss, or, say if you lost 1/4 pound in a day, would you actually see it?

The upped routine is 3-4x a week 30 min of weight training, and 7 days of 45 min on the eliptical. (I was going only 4 days a week doing weights 3 days and cardio all 4)

Motley Crue in Concert Stories?

I saw The Crue twice in a year, a couple of years ago….and the on in Boston was soooo wild. There was sooo much smoking, and drinking and pot smoking (and this was an indoors arena, mind you). And there was even a guy who took a swing at security…but other than that; a really great cornucopia of rock fans there for the reunion.
Girls, Girls, Girls after intermission was one of the greatest parts of the show…low point, Tommy Lee’s dumb little “look how many differ net kinds of drums i cam play” solo…

I’m lookin’ to get a tattoo either on my arm or on my back and need some pics to get a good idea of what I want anyone know where i can look online?
I’m looking for ideas i don’t want the same thing someone else has but I obviously need to see whats out there before I can make a decision, My husband has 17 tattoos all original. I don’t want to copy but i wan to look at pics to get an idea.
