I see little boys with long hair with their hair in their face, I don’t understand why their mothers don’t pin it out of their face. I see nothing wrong with long hair on boys, it should be acceptable for them to wear hair accessories

I am a 19 year old college student, and I am taking a course this summer at my school. There are hundreds of high school kids who are doing the summer program at my school, and I see a lot of good-looking girls. Undergrad students, except for RAs, are not allowed to interact with high school kids. There’s one girl I see at the dining hall everyday, and I find her really charming. I really really want to talk to her, but I haven’t talked to her because I don’t wanna get in any troubles and I don’t want the girl to be sent home. I have no bad intentions, but I really do wanna have a conversation. Is it not okay? I am just hoping that she comes to my school in 2 years.

Is this normal and does it indicate that the child is ***? It is my understanding that this type of exploration is normal for heterosexual boys.
